When submitting a ticket request, you have the following options. You should select the one that best describes the type of action you are requesting. The correct selection may speed up getting a response because the ticket initially lands in the right department.


Question - (How Do I): This is when you are trying to perform an action either as an end-user or more likely as an administrator and you are just uncertain about how to do it.


Something Not Working - Broken: Use this when you are trying to perform an action and it doesn't work. You are not getting an error message, but something just isn't working as it should.


Feature Request: Use this when you want to make an inquiry about having a feature added to EventCORE. These are chargeable items for which you'll be given a quotation. You can also use this "Type" if you would like to suggest a feature even though you are not in a position to pay for the request at this time. We love suggestions.


Comment: For making a general comment. We love to hear the good things to so you can use this here or if you want to get on a soap box about something. We listen so feel free to talk.


Validation Error Correction: If you validation error comes up with a problem but you're not sure how to fix it, then use this option.


Bugger Message: We receive notification even before you do about a bugger message. We try to jump into action when these occur. But if we haven't gotten back to you and you're stuck, feel free to pass on the bugger message to us and let us know you need it fixed soon.


Other: When one of the above categories doesn't fit, just use this.
