How can I gain admin access to the Essentials Sites?

Access Assigned by Admin ID


You should make a request to the site administrator to receive admin access. These steps are needed. 

  1. Go to: essentials24.org and login (Login Assistance).
  2. After you are logged in, click on the menu button (the three bars upper right) and in the drop down select the "Profile" button.
  3. In the page that appears, scroll to the bottom. There will be a line that gives your profile creation date, your visit count and an ID number.
  4. Copy down the ID number for use in the next step.
  5. Go back to the nav menu and use the "Contact Us" link on the Essentials Site (upper right drop down menu) to request access. 
  6. Enter the subject as "Admin Access Request" and in the message state your ID number and the type of access you are requesting. 
  7. An agent will reply once your access has been granted. It typically takes no more than 24-hours, but often is much quicker.
  8. Click the "Back to Main Page" link when finished.


Access Admin Features


After being granted permission, you gain access to the admin module by logging in and then going to the same drop down menu. Once you're logged in, "Admin Options" will appear below the "log out" choice. Simply click that link to be taken to the admin page where your admin options are listed.
