Until it was decommissioned in 2013, cccAudio had an archive of thousands of messages. Since 2013, the CSU Staff Conference and other Cru recordings are no longer maintained by cccAudio. Many have been moved to be placed on the cru.org site and you can search there for audio messages. Older messages were turned over to the Archive Department at the Headquarters. They may be able to find a message for you and discuss possible ways to obtain it.
There are two ways to receive an archived message.
FREE WAY TO GET AN ARCHIVED MESSAGE:
Contact the Archive Department at 407-826-2776. Explain what you are looking for and how you would like to obtain a copy. They can answer questions about delivery time and availability. There may be costs for shipping.
PURCHASE AS A SERVICE

They accommodate requests by pulling audio from their archive and either produce an audio CD or a downloadable MP3 file. If you have multiple requests a they will produce an MP3 disk with multiple talks as well.
The costs will vary based on the desired delivery format plus where the talk is located. Here is the breakdown for prices.
Content Delivery Prices
- Individual MP3 audio files that we place on a server for download are $5 each.
- The production of a CD (with paper label) are $20 each. (one talk per CD)*
- An MP3 disk with paper label is $25 for the first 10 talks and then $2/talk after that.*
- We no longer produce cassette tapes.
- * If you want more than one CD or MP3 Disk of the same exact content, each disk is an additional $5.
Content Sources Costs
- No charge for talks that already exist in digital format.
- $15 for a talk that exists as a Master CD
- $40 for a talk that needs to be digitized from a cassette in the archive. (Note, a portion of this cost is the man-power to find and pull the original cassette.)
We are sorry that the pricing has to be so high, but when you only do a few orders each year, we can't take advantage of discounted production costs.
Once you let us know which talks you are interested in, we will then prepare an invoice that will show you the prices.
For talks that need to be digitized, please allow up to 6 weeks for processing. For orders of already existing digital talks, turn around time should be two weeks.
Rush processing is possible for a higher fee.
